I just got off the phone with paralegal who wanted to argue with me that I have the right to air my grievances to government, NOT petition them.

Per firm response. All I asked for was a consultation but what I got was false information and attitude, I might as well have called the SPCA. The firm told me the 1st Amendment only gives me the right to air my grievances not petition my grievances! He wanted to argue with me about it. Trying to make me feel like an idiot. Denying Constitutionally protected rights and liberties is criminal! I have several cases against me but with the attitude that I got on the phone, I did hang. I refuse to argue with STUPID!

I was on the verge of being indicted when Jacob was referred to me. With a single phone call to the District Attorney, he was able to stop the indictment entirely and secure me an excellent deal. He pays close attention to detail and caught multiple “mistakes” made by the DA that could have seriously impacted my case. He knows exactly how to talk to and negotiate with prosecutors, having previously served as a Bureau Chief with the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office.

Jacob is a strong advocate for veterans, and even his paralegal is a veteran himself. He is always accessible and consistently returns every call, email, and text. He charged a very reasonable flat fee and never asked for anything additional, even though he had to appear in court on my behalf multiple times. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal representation—especially fellow veterans.

Jacob Uriel was my lawyer on some very serious gun charges, including claims that shots were fired, and the DA wanted a lot of jail time for me. Jacob worked very hard and got me out much faster than I ever expected. In court he was very smart and always one step ahead of the DA, and even convince a judge to dismiss some of the more serious charges. Because of his work, I got a much better deal. He was professional, honest, and always took time to explain everything to me. I recommend him strongly to anyone who needs a lawyer who really fights for you.
